Just back from one night break in Bray. Ideal location-5 min stroll from seafront. Had a lovely meal in bar, food was amazing and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Comfortable night sleep. We will be back.

The room was excellent, the food was lovely and the amenities especially the swimming pool, sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi were very relaxing. There is lots to do in Bray and the seafront is a lovely 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend the Royal. Will definitely be going back again.

I was a guest at your hotel for three weeks visiting the area from the United States. I found the staff helpful and friendly including the Housekeeping staff.I may return to Bray in December of this year and would like to stay at your hotel again. With Thanks.

Great location, good amenities like gym and swimming pool, small rooms and some noise during night not really sound proof. The service by staff was more than satisfactory. Cleaning service satisfactory as well.

Wicklow getaway great base to visit Powerscourt gardens & waterfall, Glendalough, cliff walk to Greystones, go to top of Bray Head. An ideal base: Avoca, Brittas Bay, Arklow and East Coast Nature Reserve! Hotel on main street so some traffic can be heard but just turn over and enjoy the feeling of 'no work today' Friendly staff

Myself and my family had the pleasure of staying in this lovely traditional hotel last week. From the time we arrived, we were greeted by the loveliest friendly staff. Manger Flynn Pinto made us feel very welcome and Special. Our rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Food was great, and the Mc Gettigan themed bar has great athmosphere !Lots to see and do in this lovely seaside town. Very Happy. We'll be back

"Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night. Room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom. The bar had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, could have been hotter with more choice in the cold buffet. But overall a very nice stay."

“I enjoyed everything and would consider staying again. Unfortunately i only arrived late and for one the evening after being in another part of Dublin for an event. Gratefully the hotel was only a 15 minute drive from my event and it suited me not to go into city center. I would have liked to have enjoyed the pub but there was no time. I enjoyed the leisure center in the morning however and James the manager was welcoming and helpful. I also had a couple of hours to walk to a cafe and take in a walk on the promenade.”

“Good traditional old Hotel. Breakfast and food in the bar was excellent. Man controlling the car park was very helpful. All staff were polite and helpful. Location is excellent for exploring Bray with DART station nearby for easy access to Dublin.”
