Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is a group exercise class in a shallow pool, but you will have your feet on the ground all the time. The water resistance means that you'll use far more energy than dancing around in a studio, but with less strain on your muscles and joints. Exercising in water is therefore an ideal way to rehabilitate injuries, as well as being a safe workout for those who suffer with back or knees problems.
Super Circuit
An intense all-over body blast. This class will help to improve your skills and provide a conditioning workout for your whole body. This is a great all-round class that hits every muscle.
Mini Core Circuit
Low intensive exercises. This class will help to improve your core skills and provide a conditioning workout for your abdominal and core muscles. This is a great all-round core class.
Ab Blast
This is a shorter class focused entirely on the mid section of the body. A mixture of core stability and abdominal work will help give you a flat, toned stomach.
Fit Mix
A non-impact, resistance-training routine that can utilise anything from dumbbells to medicine balls. It is a high energy class focusing on improving all over muscular strength and endurance, giving your muscles tone and definition. Studio based group session suitable for both male and female of all levels.
Step and Tone
This energizing step workout will push you to your body's maximum potential. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step, you will get huge motivation from great music and a friendly instructor. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning exercises that shape and tone your body.
Active Tone
Alternates between powerful cardio moves that keep you sweating and dumbbell exercises for a strong and toned body. Class concludes with abdominal and back exercises, followed by stretching to increase flexibility.
Flex and Stretch
Flex and Stretch is a gentle workout designed to improve flexibility and overall posture.
Cardio Challenge
A high intensity, low impact workout to tone and tighten the entire body. This class also works on fat burn elements to create an all over lean appearance.
Kick Fit
An energetic group exercise class involving moves & stances developed from a range of self-defence disciplines such as Karate, Boxing & Tai Chi, which stimulates the mind & body to function more efficiently. It is fast becoming the number one martial arts work-out in the world.
Cardio Combat
A high intensity low impact workout to tone and tighten the entire body. This class also works on fat burn elements to create an all over lean appearance.
Ab Attack
This is a shorter class focused entirely on the mid section of the body. A mixture of core stability and abdominal work will help give you a flat, toned stomach.
Bums and Tums
A low impact workout designed to tone, reshape and strengthen your core muscles. Concentrating on those problematic areas of the lower body — thighs, buttocks and abdominals.
Pilates
Helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without stressing joints. This class will aid relaxation and reduce stress levels.
Kinesis Move
Kinesis move is a low impact class. These cable pulleys allow for a natural full range of motion in any possible direction away from the wall, while maintaining constant resistance. Kinesis Move will help improve balance, core strength, flexibility and muscular coordination.
Box Fit
A fast, dynamic class which uses common boxing technique to help improve your fitness. This class will have you working hard whilst having fun.
Mini Core Circuit
This is a 30 minute class designed to build core stability as you strengthen and tone your abs, back and lower body, as well as improving overall posture. This class will include abdominal and core conditioning exercises.
Body Blast
Low impact full body workout using light hand weights. Ideal for upper and lower body toning and firming. There is no running or jumping in this class. A great workout to burn fat and shape your body.
Kinesis Abs
This is a shorter class focused entirely on the mid section of the body. A mixture of core stability and abdominal work will help give you a flat, toned stomach. During that class we will be incorporating our 4 Kinesis Wall modules – Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta. During the circuit, participants will move from one module to the next one.
