The hotel’s location is ideal for both Leisure and Business breaks. A secure car parking at reduced rate is available to the rear of the hotel, but it is also easily reached by public transport from Dublin city airport; Dublin, Dun Laoghaire and Rosslare (Wexford) ferry ports; or by train or bus from any part of Ireland. Bray is the ideal location to attend any concert or event in Lansdowne Road, RDS and Point Depot, with easy access out of town.
Driving from M50 and N11
Take “Bray North” exit, then turn right into Bray at Roundabout.
Follow main road through Bray. Visible from a distance, the Royal Hotel is located after the Dargle Bridge up the hill on the left.
Car Park
Drive pass the Royal Hotel, and turn left at the traffic lights onto the Quinsboro Road. Take the next left again (Galtrim Road), and again (Seapoint Road), which will bring you to the car park at the rear of the hotel, on the left, just before road divides and dips steeply.
Dart (Dublin’s rapid electric train service)
The Royal Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Dublin’s rapid electric train service - the DART - which will take visitors from Dublin city to Bray railway station in 35 minutes (connecting with mainline trains from Northern Ireland at Connolly Station or with Buslink, ferrying passengers from the south and west of the country from Heuston Station), or from Dun Laoghaire’s ferry port in 20 minutes. A combination (known as Airlink) of this service with a special bus link will bring guests from Dublin
city airport in just over an hour. Mainline train services will bring delegates from Rosslare ferry port (Wexford) in approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
